Wow! Intense flavor packed into a simple sapritto bowl and the execution of what looks like fresh simple street tacos is a winning no brainer when you combine the intense flavors packed from a Lao sausage and merge them together! Great fusion done right! Love ALL the forms of their in-house hot sauces.  Hope they become successful and are able to some day bring their delicious creative sauces to a store near all of us some day! The world is really missing out on the TONS of flavorful Laotian style hot sauces out there...that yes, have the potential to bring down legendary Hot Sauce GIANTS out there! You've got intense heat (they don't hold back and that is great that they honor this) PLUS balance of flavor/spices to boot.

This was our first time here and Alain hooked us up! We got the half/half tacos (Blacken Shrimp & Lao Tacos) and the Sapritto in a bowl. We just wished we weren't so damn hungry and took some pictures before we dug right in! Not only do we like our food spicy, we love eating it burning hot too...so of course we couldn't wait.

Do they claim to be "authentic" in Lao, Thai, American, Mexican,100%? No, and why should they? That's what new generation food is all about, combining intense flavors that can create something new.  They clearly love what they do, and that's as authentic as it gets.  Next time we are driving through, we will definitely hit them up and order here again!

Go in hungry, or stay home. Sap House will fill you up.

I've been reading about this place and finally made it in to try. Sap House doesn't disappoint. I got the sapritto burrito with sweet chili sauce. Very tasty. I love that they use sticky rice. Next time I need to choose a spicier sauce, the sweet chili is a little too

The menu has some intriguing options that I want to go back for, especially the philly cheese steak fries. It's a small restaurant, but we got there early enough to beat the lunch rush.

The staff was friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. I'll be going back.

Update a couple of weeks later: just need to add in here how amazing a philly cheese steak and fries burrito is. Seriously. Go get one. Now.

Went in paid almost 30 with tip for lunch I ordered the  shrimp tacos. It was mostly lettuce like literally 5 tiny  shrimp.  My gf was on lunch and her burrito took almost 30 minutes. She had to eat my fries for her lunch. I'm driving home with her food. Shes going to be starving for the rest of her day. We will not go there again.

Just put her burrito in the fridge hopefully it reheats well or else its 10 in the trash.

My first time at The Sap House.  I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos and a Thai iced tea.  The shrimp were perfectly cooked and had great flavor. Everything was made fresh to order. This is the reason for the 4 's.  If they brewed their own thai iced tea instead of using the powdered stuff and they used cabbage instead of the 2 tons of limp soggy lettuce in the tacos, it would have been 5's.
I would recommend trying The Sap House to anyone, as I will be trying them again soon.

Waited for a good amount of time and I've had some saps before from here that were bomb but this one sucked? I'll probably give them another chance but man I hyped this place up so much to my buddy and it was such a mediocre experience.
